The Academy

Talent ManagementThe Academy Network’s “Academy” comprises a select group of senior executives from a wide range of industry and functional backgrounds. Members of the Academy have been hand-picked to include executives with experience as CEO’s, heads of functions and business units, public company directors, professional specialists and leading academics.

This model provides our clients with access to a range of practical and rich expertise not readily found in the market.

The Academy members are not employees, and therefore the group is under no obligation to use them on assignments. The sole basis of their involvement in any assignment is the suitability of their experience and expertise to our clients’ requirements, combined with their individual aptitude to add value to the advisory team.

  • Proven track record of achievement in senior roles
  • Recognised expertise and experience in a particular industry or functional field
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for sharing their expertise and developing others
