Diversifying leadership styles of CEO’s from different countries in order to recognise different motivations of their staff and attract, retain and engage top talent.
- Designed a customised interview-based 360 feedback process that collected feedback by phone for each CEO.
- Prepared a written analysis for each CEO identifying key themes.
- Debriefed the CEO’s and helped them to design a tailored development plan that built on their signature strengths and minimised risk areas.
- Constructive honest insights for CEO’s that helped them to understand how they were perceived and the impact of their leadership styles on others.
- Increased individual capability for CEO’s as they implemented their development plans.
- Increased leadership capability, as a number of the CEO’s cascaded the process to their own executive teams and also followed up with individual and team coaching from The Academy Network to assist their development.
