We agree clear objectives with the participant and their manager, including desired outcomes and time-frames. The advisor holds regular meetings with the participant over the agreed period. Progress is evaluated through feedback at agreed milestones.
Executive team coaching
We help teams establish their own ground rules and provide feedback against their agreed standards, together with development plans to close any gaps.
Board coaching
We help Boards review their charter and facilitate discussion and feedback regarding ways to enhance performance and governance.
